during new year everything was amazing and we would come here again. the hotel was huge, with very helpful and efficient staff and absolutely perfect location close to everything in the city center. location: the property was not far from the lake and the shopping areas as well as the main attractions.

The room was nicely decorated with a nice view, which I loved. the breakfast was fresh and plentiful with local delicacies. - Great value compared to other options.

The Red Wine I ordered at the restaurant of the Hotel during my dinner has been served in the completely wrong temperature. It was practically boilling. When I mentioned this to the head of restauration they said they do not have such a good location for the wine !!!! . For the price and the rating of this hotel, their excuse (without offering to change the wine) is unacceptable.

The room was clean, breakfast was nice, good value for money in general. Close to city center. The restaurant stuff was helpful and polite.

Very noisy air condition. The room was not sound proof at all, we could hear next door room conversation. In the car pak there was not enough parking space. The reception woman stuff was not friendly and did not spend enough time to give information. Not even a smile upon arrival or checkout.Not appropriate behaviour for a 5 star hotel.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. The attention to detail was fantastic, especially in the rooms with their special wooden ceiling, which added a unique touch to the overall ambiance. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable and cool stay, especially on the upper floors. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of local delicacies that were included in the price.

Very convenient location within the city,and with parking space. Walking distance from old city and lake. Ideal base for touring the mountains and villages of the region.Excellent cuisine.

Its design features. A bit overburdened for my aesthetics. Its restaurant management could be a bit more creative by emphasizing more the local products (wines, cheeses, pies and other traditional specialities).

There is a very bad soundproof from all room sides (from the upper floor, from the room next door and from the corridor). A hotel of this level shouldn't have this.- Πολύ κακή ηχομόνωση!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near a picturesque lake with a peaceful ambiance. The hotel's design reflected local Ottoman style, creating a luxurious atmosphere with elegant decor. Our room had a strong Wi-Fi signal and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was an absolute feast with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The pool was large and accompanied by a convenient bar. our stay was a great experience and we look forward to returning.
